Refund and Cancelation Policy

For booking 5 days or more we require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking which can be paid through wire transfer and Western Union. The rest will need to be paid in cash or by wire on arrival.REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYTo enable advanced planning, travel arrangements for teachers and the organization of our programs at the retreat center, the following policy is applied:

  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the remaining amount is refundable.
  • Cancellations received within 14-29 days to the arrival date: 25% of the remaining amount is refundable.
  • Cancellations received within 0-13 days to the arrival date: full payment is non-refundable. HOWEVER CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED and is TRANSFERABLE up to 1 year from the date of booking.
  • By paying the 25% deposit you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
  • By receiving this notice in an email you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
