Booking & Cancellation Policy

(Effective as of January 2025)

To enable advanced planning, travel arrangements for teachers, and the organization of our programs at the retreat center, the following policy is applied. By paying a deposit or the full amount, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Cancellations are not accepted less than 30 days before the start of the course.
  • Teacher Training Courses (200hr / 300hr): Deposit is 25% of the full course price. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place on the course.
  • Other Courses & Short Retreats: Deposit is 50% of the full course price. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place on the course.
  • Early Booking Discount: A 5% discount is offered when paying the full amount 30 days before the start of the course.
  • Final Payment: The full amount must be paid before or at the start of the course.
  • Cancellations under 30 days: In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days before the start of a course, CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED for the same course up to 1 year from the original start date of the course.
